A chocolate Brazilian cake inspired by the Brazilian sweet brigadeiro, traditionally made with condensed milk and cocoa.
This is a ready-made mix for quickly and easily making a delicious brigadeiro cake at home.
Just add 150ml of milk, 3 eggs, and 3 tablespoons (60-80g) of margarine to the mix.
Then mix and beat everything together using a mixer (4 minutes) or by hand (6 minutes).
Pour into a previously prepared baking pan (greased and floured).
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
After this time, check with a toothpick to see if the cake is done. Let the cake
cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then remove and enjoy...enjoy :)
